State Representative Ryan Spain today announced he has opened a new office and expanded his staff to better serve the 73rd legislative district, which includes portions of Bureau, Henry, Lee, Marshall, Peoria, Rock Island, Stark, Whiteside, Woodford counties.
“Serving the people of the 73rd District is my top priority. My staff and I are eager to assist with problems with state agencies, to provide updates on state legislative issues, and to log feedback on proposals before the Illinois House,” said Representative Spain. “It has been important to me to assemble an experienced and able staff to assist in providing these services to assist 73rd District residents with state issues and problems.”
In addition to Representative Spain’s Peoria Office, he will also maintain a new office at Princeton City Hall, 2 South Main Street in Princeton. This office will be staffed by longtime legislative staffer, Marshann Entwhistle, who previously served in this role under Representative Dan Swanson when he represented Princeton under the previous legislative district map. Marshann will be available at the Princeton City Hall office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, year-round. The Princeton office’s telephone number is 815-875-2631 ext. 1013.
Additional staff assistance for the northern end of the district will be provided by Liz Buckwalter, who will serve as a District Director to Representative Spain. Liz has extensive experience as a District Director for Rep. Tony McCombie. The office telephone number is 815-632-7384. Liz will be staffing Traveling Office Hours in Whiteside, Rock Island, Henry, and other counties at times to be announced this Spring.
Representative Spain’s Peoria Office is located at the Illinois Central College-North Campus at 5407 N University St., Arbor Hall, Suite B, Peoria, IL 61614. Longtime legislative staffer Linda Daley will continue serving as Representative Spain’s Chief of Staff and can be reached at 309-690-7373.
For constituents who have an opportunity to visit Representative Spain’s Capitol Office in Springfield, they will be greeted by Springfield legislative assistant, Bree Steinacher.
