Rep. Spain Welcomes Miss Illinois County Fair Queen to IL House

This week, State Rep. Ryan Spain welcomed 2025 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Johnna Fulcher to the Illinois House of Representatives to serve as a House Page for a day. Johnna is from Geneseo in the 73rd House District and, in addition to serving as a Page for a day, was at the Capitol advocating for Illinois agriculture as part of Agriculture Legislative Day on April 9, 2025.
