Over the weekend, 600 pages of legislative language emerged for a massive energy omnibus bill. Speaking at a press conference at the Capitol, State Representative Ryan Spain called the Pritzker Power Plan 2.0 bad for job creators, families and taxpayers, who are already facing major utility bill increases.
