Rep. Ryan Spain, along with House Republican Leader Tony McCombie and incoming 105th District State Representative Tim Ruestman, toured Komatsu North America in Peoria on Monday, February 23rd with GM Jim Mathis and the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association before the Session week began.
