Rep. Spain Recognizes Emerging Women Leaders

Representative Spain welcomed two constituents to the Illinois Capitol as a part of the Emerging Women’s Event hosted by House Minority Leader Tony McCombie. Henry County Treasurer Kelly Vincent and Bureau County Farm Bureau Executive Director Jill Frueh traveled to Springfield in order to attend the days event. The group was able to hear from various women leaders including Supreme Court Justice Lisa Holder White and Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton. Representative Spain was honored to welcome two women who make a difference in their communities every day!
