“These firearm registration rules are vague and complicated, and will only cause more frustration for law-abiding gun owners,” said Rep. Ryan Spain. “Although my Republican colleagues and I on JCAR were not able to prevent these permanent registration rules from being adopted, we were able to pass a formal objection for the registration rules failure to meet ‘simple and clear’ statutory requirements. ISP has 90 days to respond.”
